Venn’s Soho Office: A Successful Cat B Fit-Out in Partnership with Blue Jelly

Overview

It was our recent pleasure to support Blue Jelly in providing a Cat B fit-out at 30 Golden Square in Soho, London for Venn’s new offices. 

Venn is a specialist investment management firm founded in 2009. Our team executed this project as a key subcontractor for workplace design and build specialists, Blue Jelly. We hope they enjoy their new space — another great project delivered successfully for the Blue Jelly team.

What did we do?

We provided a number of services as part of this fit-out, including the redesign and extensive modification of the existing Cat A base build for lighting and intelligent lighting controls.

As part of our work, we installed a new, small power infrastructure using an underfloor power track system. This feeds through to floor boxes for more flexible power options within the office space to meet demand.

Comprehensive data infrastructure was added throughout the premises, with our team taking care of both the supply and installation of this.

Fire safety is of paramount importance in offices, which is why we also delivered the design, installation and commissioning of modifications to the existing fire alarm system. This has ensured the right category of fire alarm system is in place for the building, ensuring legal compliance and safety for staff.
