Vabel Lawrence Road

Vabel is a design and construction company based in London, developing exceptional living spaces. We’ve partnered on our third project with Vabel, Vabel Lawrence 2, a mixed-use development with shared ownership. We’re pleased to share the results of our work.

What did we do?

The third Vabel Lawrence project is a 72-unit development across two buildings on Lawrence Road in South Tottenham. Having been recommended by another contractor for a previous Vabel project, we were tasked with the mechanical and electrical fix phase for all floors of the building once the initial structures were in place. 

What was the biggest challenge?

One of the more challenging aspects of the project that we were asked to help with was the installation of a UKPN substation dedicated to the buildings. This was more complex work that we were able to tackle, collaborating with UKPN all the way through for a seamless process.

What was the result?

Vabel’s Project Manager for Lawrence Road 2, Justin Sloan, said that we would be along for the ride on their future projects due to our diligence and expertise in providing electrical services for their developments.
