Scope of Work:

The Oaklands project entailed the complete design, installation and commissioning of lighting, power, fire detection and data systems throughout a high-specification five- bedroom, five-bathroom house, including external facilities such as a BBQ area and a gym. The existing house was completely stripped back to bare walls with all previous wiring removed. Major building works to incorporate a gym, and upgraded living facilities were carried out by the main contractor. The Surrey Tech Services Ltd team was tasked to ensure the electrical design was carefully tailored to suit their client’s needs. With the installation team turning the vision into reality, we had the great pleasure of delivering this project within the tight timeframe and to the client’s budget. Key Details of Installation

Lighting Design and Installation

• LED Spotlights: Ansell prism CCT dual wattage fire-rated downlights installed
  throughout the property, by Ansell.
• Feature Lighting: Various bespoke Pendants, wall lights and uplighters in specific
  areas to enhance aesthetic appeal.
• Bathroom Lighting: LED strip lights were integrated into niche areas for modern
  ambience.
• Floor washer marker lights were fitted for night use, activated via motion sensors.

Power Distribution:

• With three-phase power available we have efficiently distributed power between
  the plant room and the main house.
• Hager consumer units with RCBOs were fitted for comprehensive circuit protection
  and safety.

 Accessories:

• Soho Lighting Finsbury Collection in polished chrome.
• Schneider polished chrome switches as per client specification.

Smoke Detection :

• LD2 domestic-grade system with interlinked AICO optical smoke, heat and carbon
  monoxide alarms for enhanced safety compliance.

Network and External Installations:

• A robust system installed to ensure optimal coverage throughout the property.
• Electric Gate Power: Power connections provided to electric gates,
  with lighting installed to illuminate gate piers for visibility and security
